Happy Birthday Ann Marie!!!
She is here with us, still healing but in pretty good shape after the extensive ordeal to determine at great length that there just isn't any cancer they can find.
So, we toasted her birthday with some Sangria, just Carlos Rossi with added Page oranges, Key lime juice, a paste of blended banana in Torrejon fashion. Very good really. I whipped the second batch and the banana was more blended in and less chunky.
I took a bubble bath and slept a good sleep. Salmon for supper.
Tomorrow I'll take another stab at Tampa Hard Rock. I did well yesterday. Details here:

Sun is here again after a slight rain, hardly enough to notice.
We are hanging around the house today, but tomorrow the women will head to Homosassa and I'll head to Tampa Hard Rock and see how the action is on a Saturday.
Today a bubble bath and a nap seemed appropriate.
Then Elizabeth cooked salmon, brown rice in my new $2 rice cooker, spinach salad, and some Krause's chocolate for dessert.
Before bed I am drinking the Sleepytime green tea, but the benefits are cut way back when it is decaffinated. I should try to get my doses in earlier in the day.
